Escambia County students have access to Microsoft Office 365 online. They can also download up to 5 free copies of the software for various devices. The copies will be valid until the student graduates or leaves the county. This software is amazing and can be very beneficial to our students.

How to log in:

Click on the following link

For the username enter: studentnumber@st.escambiaschools.org (the student number is the same as a lunch number).

Example: 101010@st.escambiaschools.org

For the password enter: The six digit birthday Example: 010203

Students will be able to log in. If a student cannot log in, please let Mrs. Gainey know.

The student will then see options to use Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and One Note online.

How to download software:

In the upper right hand corner, click on the "gear" tab. It's next to the outline of a person.

Select: Office 365 Settings

Select the second option on the left: Software: Install and manage.

From there you can select the software you want to install on your device.
