Behavior Coach

Amanda L. Haggard, MSW

Mrs. Amanda Haggard received her B.A. in English from Athens State University in 2004, graduating summa cum laude. She then began her career in education right here in Escambia County, teaching at Pine Forest High School. Following, she taught in Arizona and South Carolina, specializing in instructing at-risk adolescents.


Mrs. Haggard received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of West Florida in 2017, receiving the Graduate Student Leader award along with the distinction as one of the Difference Makers of 2017 for her work in the Pensacola community.


She is thrilled to be the Behavior Coach at Bailey Middle School, where she focuses on positive behavior interventions and counseling, primarily for our ESE students. Mrs. Haggard also leads our Girls Circle and Young Mentors groups, which focus on creating positive young leaders on campus.
